I am a seasoned management and strategy professional with three decades of diverse experience spanning industry, academia, and the startup ecosystem. I bring in a unique blend of leadership in business growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship, having successfully built and scaled ventures across multiple sectors and geographies. From June 2020 to August 2024, I have served as the CEO of IIITD Innovation & Incubation Center, where I scaled it up and turned it around, and incubated many successful start-ups in deep-tech, AI/ML, robotics, drones, smart-tech, wireless, etc. Prior to that, as CEO of SIIF at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), University of Delhi, I established the Centre, and incubated early-stage entrepreneurs and launched high-potential startups. Before my foray into startup incubation in India, I was based in London, where I advised investors on startup opportunities across fintech, education, food, and healthcare in Europe and Asia, while also leading fundraising initiatives. I also helped a cutting-edge Indian data analytics firm to establish a strong foothold in European markets. My preceding career journey includes impactful roles at American Express, Ernst & Young, Synovate (Ipsos), A F Ferguson (Deloitte), FIITJEE, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., Rathi Alloys & Steel Ltd., and Steel Authority of India Ltd. Having traveled across 23 countries, I have successfully delivered large, multi-country projects and helped businesses scale globally. I enjoy traveling, reading, writing, and cooking, and I have also studied astrology. I am an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (PGP-1997), one of India's most prestigious institutions, and was a rank holder at College of Business Studies (SSCBS), University of Delhi
