Shipping Policy

Hamara Mentor sells one-to-one mentoring sessions, which are delivered online. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges, delivery timelines or courier terms apply.

How your purchase is delivered

When your payment is confirmed, your booking is created immediately and the session details, including the joining link, are shown in your account and sent to your registered email address. The service itself is delivered at the scheduled date and time, over video.

If something does not arrive

If a payment succeeds but no booking or joining link appears in your account, write to support@ugrowthconsultancy.com with the transaction reference. We will either restore the booking or refund it in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
